NATIONAL SHIPMENTS

GALEA BESPOKE,SL offers totally free national shipments. To avoid incidents or delays in the delivery process of your order, it is essential to fill in the contact telephone box that will be provided to the transport company.

In no case shipments will be made to post office boxes.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

The shipping cost is indicated at the end of the purchase process on each product sheet. Deliveries will be made to any address that belongs to one of the countries listed in our e-shop. To avoid incidents or delays in the delivery process of your order, it is essential to fill in the contact telephone box that will be provided to the transport company.

DELIVERY TIME

 

Delivery time for Ready to Wear orders

 

For national and international shipments, the estimated delivery time is between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are approximate and based on the services of our logistics operators.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays.

In the event that the orders suffer delays beyond the control of GALEA BESPOKE, SL, these days of delay would not be attributable to the periods indicated above. Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the customer. Due to delays in the delivery of orders attributable to GALEA BESOKE, SL, the costumer may cancel the order in accordance with the section on the right of withdrawal.

 

Delivery times for Made to Order orders

 

For national and international shipments, the estimated time is between 7 and 100 working days, depending on the level of customization that is requested. Delivery times are indicative and based on the services of our logistics operators.

In the event that the orders suffer delays beyond the control of GALEA BESPOKE, SL, these days of delay would not be attributable to the periods indicated above. Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the customer. Due to delays in the delivery of orders attributable to GALEA BESOKE, SL, the costumer may cancel the order in accordance with the section on the right of withdrawal.

How can I track my orders?

When your order is delivered to the transport agency, you will receive an informative email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your package and check the status of your shipment.

 

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CANCELLATION

 

Size changes

 

Spain: in case of needing a change of size, the cost for collecting the item and shipping a new item will be assumed by GALEA BESPOKE, SL. GALEA BESPOKE, SL will assume this cost only on the first chage. If it is necessary to make further changes in size with respect to the same order, the collection and shipping of the item will be borne by the costumer. You should bear in mind that items purchased at www.galeabespoke.com can be exchanged as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used or have suffered any damage. For this reason, we recommend that you try on footwear on a carpet or surface that will not damage or scratch the sole. We also ask you not to flex your foot so that the skin does not suffer any wrinkles that prevent its return. Personalized items or items that have been modified at the costumerĀ“s request will NOT be subject to any change or refund.

The request for a change of size may not exceed a period of 5 calendar days from the receipt of the product. To proceed with the change of the product, contact us via email.

Cancelation: you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. You should note that your order can be shied the same day or the first business day after the date of your order.

If the order has already left our warehouses, it will not be possible to cancel it, but you can make the return once received.

 

For all countries: our goal is that each client is completely satisfied. If for any reason when receiving your order you are not completely satisfied with it and do not to wish to make a change, you have 5 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return. Products that are personalized or that have been modified in any way at the costumerĀ“s request will not be able to be returned.

Return costs: if the reason for the return responds to a defect in the article or a wrong article hass been sent, GALEA BESPOKE, SL will bear the costs derived from the collection and will proceed to refund the amount paid by the client if requested.

Procedure for a return by GALEA BESPOKE, SL for defective product:

- You must contact us at the email galea@galeabespoke.com indicating details of the order to be returned and images of the product and the damage that is cause of the return.

- We will contact you as soon as possible to give you the corresponding instructions to make the return and provide you with the necessary documentation to carry it out.

- GALEA BESPOKE, SL will not accept any return that has not been previously authorized.

Return by costumer request: if the costumer requests a return for any reason unrelated to the brand, the costumer will be responsible for the management and costs derived from the return. The procedure will be the follow:

- Contact us at galea@galeabespoke.com and tell us the details of the order you want to return and the reasons.

- We will contact you to authorize the return and indicate the procedure to follow.

- In this case, the client must manage the shipment by their own means and bear the derived charges.

- The package must be delivered to the following address:

- The client must proceed to return the product within a period of 15 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the return by GALEA BESPOKE, SL

- Once the return is delivered, GALEA BESPOKE, SL will asses the status of the product received and will proceed to refund the amount paid by the costumer, as long as it considers that the status of the returned product is correct.

 

NOTE:

- GALEA BESPOKE, SL will not accept any return that has not been previously authorized

- GALEA BESPOKE, SL will not be responsible for any customs expenses that the return may generate.

- GALEA BESPOKE, SL will not accept postage due.

 

How I will receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount of the operation by the same payment method for which you made the purchase

You can buy our products from any country that belongs to one of the countries listed on our e-shop. To buy the product you want on our website, you only have to add it to your shopping cart and follow the steps of the purchase process.

What shoe sizes are shown on the web?

The sizes shown in the GALEA BESPOKE, SL e-shop are of the English type. If you have any questions about the conversion of sizes, you can consult our table of equivalences in the size or contact us at galea@galeabespoke.com

Our prices are expressed in EUROS and are always retail prices, with all taxes included (VAT)

Is VAT deducted from NON-European sales?

Yes, the Spanish VAT/VAT (21%) is deducted on all sales made outside the European Union. However, any customs charges, customs and/or local taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

GALEA BESPOKE, SL is not responsible for possible customs taxes that aplly to the arrival of shipments to the final destination.

Tax and Customs Outside the European UNION, sales may be subject to import duties and taxes. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes. Please, note that GALEA BESPOKE, SL reserves the right to deduct, from any refund due to the costumer, the costs incurred by GALEA BESPOKE, SL for the return of goods rejected by the costumer at Customs in the country of destination. All customers who make product returns from outside the European Union (EEC) must specify on the same product packaging, as well as on the invoice, that it is a product return. The indication is very important as it will help prevent new customs charges from being generated.
